The Starving Artist – Mushy Breakfast Goodness

You know what never goes out of style, and always tastes great? OATMEAL! It’s cheap, it’s delicious, and easy to eat on the run. Try this on for size:

 

Mushy Breakfast Goodness:

 

Oatmeal (However much you require to fill up)

Hand full Blueberries or whichever fruit you love

1 Tablespoon of flax seed

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Hemp Hearts

Scoop on some yummy yogurt (my fav is Greek Yogurt)

Then drizzle on some real maple syrup if you have it! MMM!! Delicious.
