Well, I think we’re all feeling it. Tensions and anxiety levels are high as we await to see what happens with our neighbours in the US. It’s sad to see the country so divided. I hope everyone is staying sane and safe. Don’t feel you need to be glued to the news right now, remember to take breaks for your mental health. Maybe throw on a 5 minute meditation, go for a walk, dive into a hobby, throw on Heart of Shadows and turn off the lights – whatever brings you some peace! Just hang in there friends.
